Just another exciting day for Experience Nevada MO dot com. Today we had the chance to get to meet the current city manager J.D. Kethrman and his executive assistant Julie Lewis. It was a great chance to get to know some of our city officials a little better. It is always nice to know that there are others just as excited as we are about our community and the people in it. The city officials often times go un-noticed, unless it is something that we are angry about, so their hard work is not always very glorified. One thing that we all must remember is that their jobs can be more difficult than we realize, and that they have a lot of things on their plate to accomplish. I was very excited to hear that they liked our page very much and were very willing to help out in any way. One of the things that J.D. said that I thought to be very uplifting was “Nevada is Back”. I totally agree! It’s not that we went anywhere, but it seems that the community is really moving forward as of late.
